Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Applicants- Imran @ Mohd. Imran and Mohd. Arif seek anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 19 of 2021, under Sections 420, 406, 386, 376, 511 IPC, Police Station Nagphani, District Moradabad.
Learned counsel for the applicants has made a statement at the bar that offence under Sections 376, 511 IPC has been substituted by Section 354-B IPC and in the said circumstance, he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and seeks to file fresh anticipatory bail application before the court below in changed sections.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicants file fresh anticipatory bail application before the court below in changed sections, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
