List this petition on 8th May, 2012.
On the said date supplementary affidavit be filed by the petitioner giving therein specific details as to when he got himself registered in the institution concerned and the way and manner in which he attended classes, as he has admitted in his representation, annexure-4 to the writ petition.
Learned counsel for the University shall also bring on record the relevant records in regard to registration of students together with attendance register of the concerned class.
