Heard learned counsel the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed for a suitable direction to the Courts below to consider and decide the Case Crime No. 153 of 1992 (Case No. 104 of 2005) under sections 323, 325, 504 I.P.C. P.S. Nai Ki Mandi District Agra, pending in the Court of learned Juvenile Court , Agra as expeditiously as possible.

No useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties the present application is finally disposed of with a direction to learned Juvenile court to consider and decide the Case Crime No. 153 of 1992 (Case No. 104 of 2005) under sections 323, 325, 504 I.P.C. P.S. Nai Ki Mandi District Agra, pending in the Court of learned Juvenile Court as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
