After due deliberations at length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to dismiss this petition as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition.
Learned counsel for the caveator-contesting respondent has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the learned counsel for the petitioner as per the Rules.
In case, learned counsel for the petitioner files a fresh petition in pursuance of this order, he shall serve a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the Caveator-contesting respondent.
