I have perused the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnor, I am satisfied with regard to the death of appellant nos. 1 and 2 namely, Immuddin son Masita and Sattar son of Abdul.
Considering the reports of concerned C.J.M., this appeal is dismissed as abated and file is consigned to record.
