Heard Sri Jagdish Prasad Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.P. Singh, learned brief holder for the State perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the History Sheet No. S90/A of Imlakh Khan at P.S. Kotwali, District Muzaffarnagar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the present petition for closing of the history-sheet but it appears that he has not filed any representation before the S.S.P., Muzaffarnagar Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file the same within three weeks and S.S.P. concerned shall pass appropriate orders within three weeks thereafter.
With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
