(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The cause title of the application shows that the application is filed by the wife of the convict named Asiya Imdad Shaikh whereas in the prayer clause it is mentioned that the applicant's brother-convict Imdad Gulam Ahmed Shaikh be granted temporary bail so has to get his mother treated. Thereafter, it is mentioned that the husband of the applicant be granted conditional temporary bail for 21 days.
The prayer clause consists two contradictory statements about the relationship of the applicant with the convict, therefore, this application is rejected.
However, this rejection shall not come in the way of the applicant to file fresh application with more accurate averments and the prayer clause.
