At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the present matter, petitioner no. 5 has already arrested by the police and sent to jail, as such, he is not pressing the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to seek the remedy as available in law.
Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
