2. The petitioner has sought to quash the FIR in Crime No.197/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506, 498-A and 307 of IPC.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned SPP-II appearing for respondent No.1 submits that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet is laid against the petitioner and the matter is pending in CC.No.17068/2016 before the Court of VI ACMM, Bengaluru.
In view the above said submission, this petition is dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek his discharge on such grounds available in law, before the trial Court.
In view of dismissal of the petition, IA.No.1/2015 does not survive for consideration and the same is dismissed.
