JUDGMENT / ORDER

On earlier occasion, when the matter was listed on 06.09.2012, Mr.N.A. Shaikh, learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. However, the matter was adjourned today.
Today also, when the matter is called out twice in both the sessions, still however, no one appears for the petitioner.
Hence, the matter may be listed only after the note is filed by learned counsel Mr.Shaikh for listing the matter for admission.
