JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner application dated 10.05.2017 wherein and whereby they sought for inclusion of additional instructors for imparting instructions to the learners for the class of Light Motor Vehicle.
3. It is stated that the said representation is still pending and not disposed of. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
