This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash C.R. No.I-17 of 2012 registered with Narmada Police Station filed by respondent No.2 with the allegation against the applicant that he damaged the 'kabrastan'.
At this stage, the submissions made by the applicant that he was not involved in the offences punishable under Sections 295(A), 153(A), 186, 114 of the Indian Penal Code registered vide C.R. No.I-17 of 2012 with Narmada Police Station on 12.3.2012, cannot be gone into, in as much as investigation for the allegations of serious nature needs to be carried out in accordance with law and, in absence of merit, this application is rejected summarily.
