Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
The reliefs which are claimed on this writ petition read thus:-
"Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to respondent no. 1 to decide the representation of petitioners dated 06.05.2019 (Annexure no. 15) of the writ petition, in light of Government Order dated 29.10.2018 passed in case of Jai Narayan Yadav and others and accordance with law.
a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondents to pass the order to provide 2nd promotional pay scale of Tahsildar after 24 years service and 3rd promotional pay scales according to A.C.P. Scheme after 26 year service, with all consequential past and future benefits in pension of petitioners, and accordingly pay balance arrears and issue revised pension papers to petitioners from due date along with interest."
Although a counter affidavit was called on the instant writ petition, no affidavit has been filed by the respondents till date. In view thereof and bearing in mind the nature of reliefs which are claimed, no useful purpose would be served in continuing this petition on the board of this Court. Accordingly the writ petition shall stand disposed of on the following terms.
Subject to the petitioners here filing individual representations alongwith all requisite details in respect of their service before the respondent No. 3 within a period of three weeks from today, the said authority shall duly consider the grievance which is raised and pass a reasoned order within a period of four months therefrom.
All contention of respective parties on merits are kept open.
