Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2, Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Sadar, District Deoria to decide the Case No.T- 201905200101126 U/s 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, Iliyash Ali Vs. Gayatri Devi and others dated 24.01.2019 within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
Petitioner is aggrieved by the pendency of his mutation application filed in the year 2019.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Sadar, District Deoria to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
