(PER : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Seen the affidavit given by the State Government as well as the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.
It appears that in the month of August 2013, there has been rise in Malaria, Dengue and particularly Chicken Gunia. In the affidavit, the respondent authorities have disclosed the steps that have been taken for prevention of these diseases.
Be that as it may, we fix the matter after four weeks for the purpose of getting the figures of all these diseases which will be detected during the month of September 2013. In the mean time, both the municipal authority and the State respondent are directed to take further steps to see that the number of infected cases does not increase.
Let the matter appear on 23rd October 2013.
