Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel.
The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for a direction upon the respondents to take action in connection with the land in question as some villagers/private persons are fraudulently trying to dispose of the government property.
The petitioner has no concern with the property in question which is said to be transferred fraudulently.
In view of the above, we find that no right of the petitioner is being infringed so as to result in causing injustice to him.
Accordingly, we find no merit in the petition and the same is dismissed.
