Learned Advocate seeks permission to withdraw this application at this stage, with a liberty to file a fresh application for furlough before the I.G. (Prisons).

Permission with the liberty as prayed for is granted.

If such an application is preferred by the applicant before the I.G. (Prisons) alongwith an affidavit of the brother and wife of the applicant, then the I.G. (Prisons) shall decide the same on merits and in accordance with law.
