Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The prayer made in the present writ petition is to expedite the proceeding of Execution Application No. 369 of 2015 (M/s IFP Petro Products Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd) arising out of the Claim Petition No. 34 of 2012 pending before the District Judge, Ghaziabad within stipulated period.

Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the District Judge, Ghaziabad to expedite the proceeding of Execution Application No. 369 of 2015 (M/s IFP Petro Products Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd) arising out of the Claim Petition No. 34 of 2012 and make an endeavour to decide the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties Disposed of.
