1. The present application is preferred for restoration of concerned First Appeal which has been dismissed for non-removal of the Office Objection.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances, it appears that vide order dated 13.09.2010, the time was granted to remove the Office Objection on or before 27.09.2010, but the Office Objection has not been removed, and therefore, the matters stood dismissed.
3. Mr.
A.R. Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that he shall remove all the office objections if the time of one week is granted.
4. Under such circumstances, the concerned First Appeal shall stand restored on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections within one week from today and the same is verified by the office.
5. All the applications are disposed of accordingly.
