1. Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue as interim relief pending final disposal of the First Appeals. The entire amount deposited by the applicant shall be invested in FDR with any nationalized Bank, in the name of 'Nazir' of the Tribunal, initially, for a period of one year, which shall be renewed from time to time, without any orders in that regard from this Court. The quarterly interest accruing on such deposit shall be paid to the original claimants on regular basis. The applications stand disposed of accordingly.

2. The First Appeals to be listed for hearing on 12.04.2012.
