(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Inspite of service, none appears for the respondents when the matter is called out.
It appears that pursuant to our earlier order dated December 27, 2011, the appellant-applicant has already deposited the amount as indicated in the said order.
In such circumstances, we allow this application by confirming the earlier interim order of stay till the disposal of the appeal.
The Tribunal is directed to invest the amount already deposited by the appellant in any nationalized Bank in a short term deposit and should go on renewing the same until further orders of this Court.
The application is allowed. Rule made absolute accordingly. No costs.
