The submission of the learned counsel for the claimants is that the appellant has not been complied with the interim order dated 1.4.10 as the entire amount awarded has not been deposited. This is a matter which is to be decided by the Executing Court. The Executing Court is at liberty to consider the objections of either of the parties and to decide as to whether the entire amount as awarded has been deposited. However, as under the interim order dated 1.4.2010 half of the amount is payable to the claimants without security, the same shall be released in favour of the claimants immediately.
