High Court Of Gujarat|10 January, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is reported that Mr. Panesar, learned advocate appearing for the respondent No.5, has filed leave-note.
Mr.
Parmar, learned advocate appearing for the applicant - IFCI Limited has strenuously submitted that the report of the Chartered Accountant, which has been placed on record by the OL, contains various anomalies and discrepancies and unfortunately, while tendering the said report on record, the OL has not offered any comments or clarifications with regard to the anomalies and discrepancies in the report of the Chartered Accountant. According to the learned advocate for the applicant, said aspects flowing from the report of the Chartered Accountant are required to be addressed by the applicant and probably by the secured creditors as well and that therefore, the applicant intends to file detailed affidavit so as to place on record the objection against the report of the Chartered Accountant. Mr. Parmar, for the purpose of preparing and filing the affidavit, has requested for time. Learned advocates appearing for other creditors and contesting parties and learned advocate for the OL have no objection.
Hence, S.O. to 23.11.2011.
