Considering the office report submitted by the Official Liquidator dated 13.08.2012, the Official Liquidator is hereby directed to appoint Chartered Accountant from the panel of Chartered Accountants maintained by Official Liquidator for verification and adjudication of the claims of the Secured Creditors. Such a report shall be submitted before this Court latest by 21.01.2013.
It is further provided that it would be open for the Secured Creditors to lodge their claims before the Official Liquidator. S.O to 21.01.2013.
