The petitioner has filed this petition with a prayer that the Recall Application filed by the petitioner on 30.1.2019 for recalling of the order dated 30.7.2018 passed under section 67(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Recall Application dated 30.1.2019 filed by the petitioner for recalling of the order dated 30.7.2018 be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. Till such time, the application is decided or for a period of two months, whichever is earlier, status-quo as of today, shall be maintained.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
