Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A through vedio conferencing.

Summon the lower court record returnable at an early date.
The present criminal revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 15.3.2021 passed by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Kanpur Dehat affirming the order dated 30.5.2016 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Kanpur Dehat in Case No. 1480 of 2008, (State vs. Iddu), under Sections 354 IPC, P.S.- Rasoolabad, District Kanpur Dehat.
It is contended by learned counsel for the revisionist that revisionist was on interim bail and he will not misuse the liberty of bail. It is next contended that maximum punishment of revisionist is only one year. It is further contended that the revision is not likely to be heard in near future. He further submitted that fine imposed upon the revisionist by the court below has already been deposited.
Learned A.G.A. did not raise any dispute with regard to the aforesaid facts.
Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the revisionist Iddu be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two local sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned below in Case No. 1480 of 2008, (State vs. Iddu), under Sections 354 IPC, P.S.- Rasoolabad, District Kanpur Dehat.
The revisionist is directed to deposit the fine imposed by the trial Court within one month, if not deposited from the date of order.
On acceptance of bail bond and personal bond, the lower court shall transmit photostat copies thereof to this Court for being kept on the record.
List this case after six weeks.
