Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners seek directions for expeditious disposal of his restoration application passed against the judgment and decree in a suit under Section 176 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act for partition. This restoration application is stated to be pending consideration since the year 2017.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3/Sub Divisional Magistrate Najibabad to decide the restoration application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
