(Order of the Court was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Petitioner bank has sought for a mandamus directing the District Collector, Krishnagiri District, the 1st respondent to hand over vacant possession of the property under security asset.
2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.L.Poompavai, learned counsel on record submitted that possession has been handed over and that the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Placing on record the above, writ petition is dismissed as infructous. No costs.
