JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. At the request of the Court, the Official Liquidator has approached Recognized Union of the Company (under Liquidation).
2. Ms.Amee Yajnik, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator further states that by communication dated 26.12.2012 the Union is again requested by Official Liquidator to give proper details. The official Liquidator on the basis of details, so received from the said Union shall file appropriate report before this Court and clarify what has been stated in the earlier report at Page-94 of the paper book. S.O to 09.01.2013.
