The petitioner Company has filed the present writ petition challenging the impugned order dated 13.11.2015 passed by the second respondent / Superintending Engineer, Coimbatore Circle, Coimbatore, in and by which, the second respondent terminated the agreement and closure of accounts pertaining to the petitioner.
2. When the matter was taken up on 21.06.2016, this Court, by taking note of the fact that the petitioner Company had already become sick, directed the parties to negotiate and settle the matter amicably and thereby it has directed the Registry to refer the matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the both parties have jointly stated that they have settled the matter amicably before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
