JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) ORDER IN FIRST APPEAL Appeal is admitted.
ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION Rule returnable on 14.06.2012 on the condition that the applicant-Insurance Company deposits the entire amount awarded by the Claims Tribunal under the impugned award with proportionate cost and interest before the Tribunal before the returnable date. There shall be stay against the execution and implementation of the award under challenge.
