"Heard.
In view of the averments made in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of para 3(A), (B) & (C).
Office to issue fresh notice in the main matter as per the order in Civil Application making it returnable on 07.05.2012"
The office is directed to explain about non-service of respondent No.2, who was ordered to be served by substitute mode of service.
