JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Appeal be admitted, returnable on 27th February 2012.
Civil Application No.11559 of 2011 There will be an unconditional stay of the execution of the award impugned for a period of one month from today. If, within the aforesaid period the appellant deposits the entire awarded sum with interest before the Tribunal, the interim order will continue till the disposal of the application.
