JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) On 25.01.2012, Division Bench of this Court passed following order:
"There will be an unconditional stay of the execution of the award impugned for a period of fortnight from today. If, within the aforesaid period the appellant deposits the entire awarded sum with interest before the Tribunal, the interim order will continue till the disposal of the application."
Issue Rule returnable on 26.03.2012.
