JUDGMENT / ORDER

Present application has been filed for seeking condonation of delay of 09 days in preferring First Appeal (Stamp) No. 564 of 2012.
Heard Mr. Nirjar Desai for the respondents.
In view of the averments made in the application the same is allowed in terms of para 7(A). Delay of 09 days in preferring the first appeal is condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
