1. Though served, none appears on behalf of the respondents.
2. Heard.
Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue as interim relief pending final disposal of the First Appeal. The amount awarded shall be invested in the name of the Nazir of the Tribunal with a nationalized bank initially for a period of three years and on maturity shall be renewed without any further orders in this regard till the disposal of the appeal. The Fixed Deposit shall be kept with the Nazir of the Tribunal. The periodical interest that may be accrued on the said deposit shall be paid to the original claimant.
3. With the aforesaid directions, the application stands disposed of. Rule is made absolute.
