JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Utkarsh Rai, Legal Manager for I.C.I.C.I. Lombard General Insurance Company Limited submits that he has instructions from arguing counsel Sri Saurabh Srivastava so also from his company to withdraw this case.
Prayer is allowed. Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
If any amount is deposited by the insurance company, in compliance of the provisions contained in Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, it be remitted to the claims tribunal to be adjusted from the claim amount.
Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated. Office is directed to send information to the tribunal.
