Until further order of this Court, the operation of the impugned award dated 4.4.2012 passed by Special Judge( E.C.Act)/Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Jhansi in Motor Accident Claim No.195 of 20009 shall remain stayed, provided the appellant deposits the entire amount awarded with the Tribunal concerned within four weeks from today. Out of the amount deposited, the claimant shall be entitled to withdraw the amount to the extent of fifty percent without any security and 50% on furnishing of security in the form other than cash or bank guarantee as per directions of the Tribunal.
The amount already deposited shall be given adjustment.
Office is directed to remit the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within three weeks which shall be adjusted towards the deposit to be made by the appellant.
