Issue notice to the respondent nos. 9 and 10 by speed / registered post.
Steps be taken immediately.
The income prima facie appears to be assessed on higher side. Insurance Company shall deposit 75% out of the compensation allowed by the the Tribunal, 50% be permitted to be withdrawn by the heirs of the deceased and rest of the amount shall be invested in an interest fetching account / FDR in a nationalised Bank for three years and on compensation of three years the interest shall be paid. The amount be deposited within 12 weeks.
