Order in First Appeals:
Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned senior advocate for the appellant, so also, considering the impugned judgment and award dated 31/03/2012 rendered by the tribunal, it appears that the appeals deserve consideration and hence, admitted. Learned advocate Mr. Sunil B. Parikh waives service of process of admission on behalf of the original claimant/s i.e. respondent Nos. 1/1 to 1/3 in First Appeal No. 552 of 2013 and respondent No. 1 in First Appeal Nos. 553 to 557 of 2013.
Order in Civil Applications:
Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned senior advocate for the applicant, so also, considering the impugned judgment and award rendered by the tribunal, Rule, returnable on 26th March 2013. Learned advocate Mr. Sunil B. Parikh waives service of process of Rule on behalf of the original claimant/s i.e. respondent Nos. 1/1 to 1/3 in Civil Application No. 2303 of 2013 and respondent No. 1 in Civil Application Nos. 2304 to 2308 of 2013. In the meanwhile, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of Para 4(A) of each Civil Application on the condition that, on or before the returnable date, the applicant shall deposit 80% of the awarded amount i.e. as per the share prescribed in the judgment and award, together with proportionate costs and interest with the tribunal.
