Having considered the submissions advanced by Mr. Raval, learned advocate for the applicant- appellant Insurance Company, so also considering the impugned judgment and award rendered by the Tribunal, Rule returnable on 24.12.2012.
In the meanwhile, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of Para-4(B), on the conditions that on or before returnable date, the applicant-appellant Insurance Company shall deposit the entire awarded amount together with interest and proportionate costs, with the concerned Claim Tribunal.
