[JUDGMENT OF THE COURT WAS DELIVERED BY C.T.SELVAM, J] These Civil Miscellaneous Appeals have been preferred against the judgement and decree dated 31.07.2012 made in M.C.O.P.Nos.234, 235 and 236 of 2006 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (III Additional District Judge), Erode at Gobichettipalayam.
2. Learned counsel for appellant submitted that Compromise has been entered into between the appellant and the respective parties and hence, appellant/Insurance Company intends to withdraw the CMAs.
3. In view of Memo of Compromise entered into between the parties, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals shall stand dismissed as withdrawn. Memo of Compromise shall form part of the records. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
