Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the dispute has been settled between the parties outside the Court and seeks permission to withdraw the suit. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the above, the Civil Suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. The plaintiff is entitled to refund of half of the court fee. No costs. Consequently, connected applications are closed.
