Learned advocate for the petitioner urges that the registered sale-deed in respect of the suit property had been executed on 21.10.1967 and entry in revenue record has been mutated in the year 1973 vide Revenue Entry No.1195. As the substantial cause is involved, the denial of prayer of condoning delay is requested to be considered in the present petition preferred under Article 227.

Notice to the respondent to be made returnable on 10.05.2012.
