Shri Vipul Bhaggubhai Shah, by producing a letter of authority issued for and on behalf of the respondents, seeks to file reply in this matter by stating orally that these respondents have no means to approach this Court and defend their cause. He has been given to understand that legal aid can be made available to the respondents, and therefore, he ensured to keep the respondents present in person before this Court on the next date. Accordingly, this matter is adjourned to 21st June 2012.
