The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
“A. To call for the records and proceedings of the respondents preceding Exhibits P-7 and P-8 and after scrutiny thereof to set aside Exhibits P-7 and P- 8 as they are illegal, arbitrary and unsustainable in law.
B. To grant any other further or consequential orders including any interim orders as may be prayed for and deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court; and
C. To allow this Writ Petition with costs.”
2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submits that, the impugned proceedings were issued against the petitioner by virtue of a inadvertent mistake and that the said respondent does not intend to proceed against the petitioner any further, in respect of the alleged liability. It is added that, steps are being pursued to recover the due amount from the actual consumer.
3. In the light of the submission, Exts.P7 and P8 shall have no consequence or significance as far as the petitioner is concerned.

4. The submission is recorded. No further orders are necessary. The matter is disposed of accordingly.
