In this writ petition preferred under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, challenge is made to the order passed by the learned Addl. District Judge, Bhavnagar in Civil Revision Application No. 15 of 2010 dated 31st January 2011.
It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that by virtue of the interim order granted by this Court dated 8th April 2011, the petitioner preferred an application before the Electricity Company inter alia requesting for grant of new connection in the name of the petitioner and the Electricity Company granted such connection; considering the prevalent rules and regulations in the name of the petitioner.
In light of the aforementioned development, he seeks leave to withdraw this petition with a liberty to move this Court in case of difficulty.
Leave to withdraw this writ petition is granted. Rule is made absolute to the extent above. Interim relief granted stands vacated. No costs.
