JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr. P.H. Pathak learned Advocate for the petitioners in both the petitions. Learned Advocate Mr. Munshaw for contesting respondent is on leave today.
It is indicated that, one of the contentions raised on behalf of respondent Panchayat is that, the Government resolution dated 17.10.1988, the benefit under which is claimed by the petitioners, is not applicable to Panchayat at all. Under these circumstances, Government will have to make its stand clear.
Learned A.G.P. Mr. Rindani prays for time.
