The learned counsel appearing for the appellants contended that the courts below were not justified in dismissing the claim petition since they ought to have been dismissed on merits in accordance with law. 2. After going through the records, it is seen that this Court had dismissed the review petition filed in R.S.A. which has material baring on the issue involved in the appeal.
In the light of the dismissal of the review petition, there will not be much to interfere with the order of the courts below. So these Second Appeals are accordingly dismissed.
