Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner claims that his bhumidhari land is being interfered with by private respondent Nos. 6,7 and 8.
In case the petitioner's private right is affected by any private person, he is at liberty to approach the civil court of competent jurisdiction. In writ proceedings such directions cannot be issued.
The writ petition is misconceived. Accordingly the same is dismissed.
